Retention periods

• User account: 3 years after last contact, then erasure
• Readings you bought: downloadable throughout those 3 years; after that the order is anonymised and only the mandatory accounting record remains, without your name or your birth details
• A questionnaire started but never bought: 6 months, or 18 months if you asked us to hold it for you
• Someone else's birth details (synastry, duo Atlas, gift): erased at the same time as your account
• Newsletter: until unsubscribe (link in every email)
• Waiting list and business enquiries: 24 months

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from your space: a confirmation link is emailed to you, and the erasure is immediate. Download your readings first — we will not be able to provide them again. You can also write to bonjour@astreia.world.

Astreïa does not use third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising tracking). Only strictly necessary cookies are used (authentication session, user preferences). These cookies are exempt from prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

The admin.astreia.world subdomain is reserved for LERNTECH administrators. It uses no third-party analytics and stores only anonymous aggregates to run the platform. No personal user data is exposed there.

This site is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Liège have sole jurisdiction.
