Gemini — May 21 – June 20

Gemini is the sign of the link. After Taurus has built something solid, Gemini opens the windows and lets the air move between things — between people, between ideas, between one version of a thought and the next. It connects, compares, translates. Curiosity is its engine, and it runs almost without rest.

Gemini is ruled by Mercury — the planet of language, thought, and exchange. It is a mutable Air sign: quick, flexible, allergic to being pinned down. Its opposite sign, Sagittarius, shows the contrast: where Sagittarius wants the one big meaning, Gemini delights in the many small ones, the detail, the play of difference.
